Annual Permit Reports
2024 Annual Reports are due March 31, 2025!
Every facility with a Permit to Operate must submit together a (1) Facility Questionnaire and the (2) previous year production throughput as required in the permit’s Recordkeeping Conditions before March 31 of each year. Please contact the District if you have additional questions.
